jonathan boose Posted April 27, 2021 Author Posted April 27, 2021 I explained earlier why I don't use Firefox.
Byron Dickens Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 (edited) Yep. And my Dad went to his grave with a grudge against Whataburger. Meanwhile, they get millions and millions of orders correct all the time. Not to mention that they are hands down the best fast food burger in existence. Edited April 28, 2021 by bdickens 2

They too decided it was best to dump it. If you are "punishing" Firefox for having once used RealPlayer, you are fighting a battle long since won. Tip: since you are using Chromium-derived Edge, and concerned about security, I recommend Brave, which is a Chromium-derived browser oriented toward privacy, security, and speed. I've been using it as my default browser for a couple of months and like it lot. It delivers on the speed for sure. 1
Byron Dickens Posted April 28, 2021 Posted April 28, 2021 I had no idea Real Player was still around. I had to look it up.

I'm going to have to take your word for it since I would have to travel hundreds of miles to try a Whataburger.

The main reason I use Edge is that it seems to be the default Win 10 uses for downloading large files including the OS itself. I use it out of habit, same as Opera.

Fred Kells Posted July 17, 2022 Posted July 17, 2022 Just an update on this topic: No images from Cakewalk/Documentation on Chrome, Edge or Opera. But Firefox works fine. (All on Windows 10 Pro, build 19044.1826)

OutrageProductions Posted July 18, 2022 Posted July 18, 2022 Thanks to release 2022.06 and the option to have downloaded local help all the time (set in preferences), I rarely even use the local PDF anymore. Tho I still have a shortcut to it in my Win10 menu.
