External Editor for VST lists

I have a lot of VSTs installed and many of them are duplicated into the list. Deleting and managing them into the internal editor takes a lot of time, anyone knows if there is an external editor allowing me to fast edit the list (deleting duplicated with cut and paste and moving vst into folder) ?
