Normally Google is your friend.

Also, what you could do is grab the MIDI Reference for the P-125 and create your own.  (They are simple text files with an INS extension)

It should be easy to create your own - here's me doing it using the UI for the Yamaha P-200:

I assume there is a lot more to the instrument definition file than just the list of patches.  The MIDI documentation is 16 pages and the list of voices is only 1/2 of a page.  Since the Yamaha P-125 is a pretty common piano, I would expect this has already been done.
