CbB does not see midi input device

Hello guys,

could anyone advice on my problem please? CbB does not see midi input device. There is nothing on the list and my digital piano is plugged in. I use cakewalk UA-25 EX interface. 

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Try changing the MIDI driver mode

It says this device does not work on.  USB 3 connector so make sure you are using USB 2   
 
you are using the 5 pin DIN connection I assume. If you’re using a Controller with USB cable then make sure you install the driver that Is supplied by the manufacturer
