Dimension Pro registration - SOLVED

I installed my old D-Pro from 2013.  When I opened it, it said I needed a registration code.  I went to my old account at Cakewalk and retrieved the registration code.   But when I typed it in,  it says it's invalid.   How do I register it if the registration code is invalid?   It's the only one I have.

It shows that it's already installed in Command Center (the green light is on), but it says I need to reinstall it.   I've tried several times, but it says it's not installed correctly.    That's when I tried reinstalling an old version I had.  

I don't know how to get CC to install it correctly.

I got it to wok.  I ran it as an administrator and tried to reinstall it in CC.    It still said it needed to be reinstalled, but at least it's working.
