Mark Morgon-Shaw Posted February 12, 2021 Posted February 12, 2021 5 years ago this week I decided to try and get into writing instrumental music for TV shows, it's been a big learning curve but I've been a Cakewalk user since the mid 90's I've written around 400 track in that 5yrs - most of those are now in Music Libraries where they can be used by various TV production companies - it's a tough gig , I've had about 50 TV shows use my music now, the money is not amazing but seeing your music on TV is kinda cool. Here is a playlist of a bunch of them 3
Starise Posted February 12, 2021 Posted February 12, 2021 All great mixes! It's a shame the money isn't there for this sort of thing. At least mot much of it. Thanks for sharing! 1

Thanks, just wanted to show that people use CBB for ( semi in my case ) professional purposes - I know of a few others who do it too using CBB The TV people don't care what DAW you used ? As far as the money goes you need a lot of tracks out there to make anything but it should build over time - I'm aiming to write 120 tracks this year - made 15 so far so I am on schedule.
