Option to change the background color of the clip, instead of the foreground

An option that lets you change the background color for all the clips in one track, keeping the same foreground color for all the tracks and vice versa

(without having to do it manually in the properties)

You can change the background and foreground in the inspector view. 

OR

You can also change this in Preferences >Customization >Color.

I do not think you can change the background color in preferences.  If you can - where is that located?  And in the inspector view - when there are a ton of tracks and clips - that is a pain.  I would like to be able to change the default for all projects.

Only inspector & Theme Editor can do this. They removed the backgrounds from Preferences with Sonar X1.
