Error when trying to install the latest update

I received the following error message when trying to install the latest update. I've never had a problem with bandlab
updates for cakewalk until now:

C:\programfiles\cakewalk\cakwalk core\sndfile.dll

An error occurred when tryin to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is Denied

Any ideas?

Man I'm getting sick of all the time I waste fixing issues caused by waves plugins, thanks for the heads up, I was about to reformat my machine and start over.
