I used a MXL 3000 mic for this one - I picked it up used for $50 bucks - it sounds pretty decent for that price?
Starise
Great tune! I could hear maybe just a little more 3-5k in the rhythm guitar that almost sounds like it carries bass at times. Not much. Maybe a few db.
Bajan Blue
Hi Douglas - sounds cool, reminded me a bit of Blue Oyster Cult - agree the guitars perhaps could do with a little top end - I sometimes use my Maag EQ for this - just add quite a bit "air" at either 20Khz or 40Khz - just brings it to life without making it too piercing, if you know what I mean!! bjornpdx
This one made my Douglas top ten list. I like the accompaniment guitar esp all the little fills between the lyrics. The pre-chorus part stood out to me. Nicely done Doug.

Lynn Wilson
I always look forward to hearing your newest recordings, and I'm never disappointed. Your use of TH-U is having an influence on me, as I've started mine more and more. Don't let up, and stay healthy!
