Link Digital Duo appearing as audio device not MIDI device

Hi all,

I'm a complete rookie with cakewalk and cannot get my keyboard to play through my bandlab digital duo. Digital duo shows up as audio device and not a midi device. I can connect my keyboard directly via usb to my laptop and it shows up as a midi device but there are major latency issues.

 

Here's my setup:

Casio Privia L&R stereo output  to single mono input into Bandlab Link Digital Duo. Digital Duo connected to laptop via USB. Using latest cakewalk.

The device is an audio interface only.

There is no mention MIDI on the store page or quick setup guide

Hi Ryan and welcome to the Cakewalk forums.

Make sure the audio of your MIDI track is pointing to your Master Bus and that the Master Bus is pointing to your audio interface's (Duo) output.
