Bram Wheeler
I started up Control Centre & tried to update Sonar Platinum It's been awhile, so encountering a problem was not unexpected but... It crashed on the message below, and after "retry" I clicked "Abort". It said it would roll back, but I've lost Sonar altogether The message was: C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\CW120Auto.dll Unable to register the DLL\OCX:RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3 Has anybody seen this? Any idea how to fix it? Any help greatly appreciated
Colin Nicholls
Your best course of action is probably to install the new Cakewalk By Bandlab, which is an actual supported product.
John Vere
Have you been sleeping? Sonar was shut down years ago. Bandlab bought the assets and there have been a million updates So the latest version of Splat is Bandlab version. Install the Bandlab assistant then install Cakewalk from there. Bram Wheeler
Thanks for the help Colin & John. I'll check out your suggestions & get back to you To John - yes, I have been away from this for a few years. I thought Bandlab just carried on from Cakewalk & the updates would as well. Looks like I've got some work to do
