No Sound

So I just got cakewalk and I also just started making music. But when I try to use one of the plugins like the SI-drum kit no sound comes. When I record sound comes from the drums when I click but when I playback to listen there's nothing. It's like it recorded nothing. The bars on the track aren't even there. Even when I import tracks I have already recorded somewhere else, no sound comes out. On the website cakewalk, everything works, but when I use the app, it just doesn't work. I don't use a MIDI controller btw

The drum kit image like the keyboard at the bottom of some plug-in UIs is for audition purposes only.

There are a variety of ways to add MIDI data to an instrument or MIDI track.
