oeksound Soothe 1.3.1 released

Soothe 1.3.1 has been released. This fixes the CPU-spiking problem of 1.3.0.
Sorry for the inconvenience for those affected! If you've updated to soothe 1.3.0 already, updating to 1.3.1 is strongly recommended.

Updating from 1.3.0 or earlier:
Uninstalling the old version before installing the new one is recommended.

Updating from 1.1.4 or earlier:
The new versions starting from 1.2.0 use the iLok License Manager. Please refer here for more information:

To uninstall on Mac, you can use the Uninstaller-app that comes in the .dmg-file of the latest version. To uninstall on Windows, please use the 'Add or remove program'-functionality of the operating system.

Updating the iLok License Manager to the latest version is also strongly recommended:

This update fixed an issue I had with not being able to scan the VST3 version.
