'Title/Information' module?

Seems like to would be nice if we could add a 'Title/Information' module to the title bar.  Of course it would be completely optional like the other modules.

I created a quick and dirty mock up....  Good idea?  Bad Idea? Maybe a little 'Notes' section also?

This would be slightly different since its pegged to the title bar....
