Error with VSTscan while installing last version of Cakewalk

I just downloaded the new version as recommanded by a message when I opened Ck.

I downloaded it and began installation and I've got that message : error while replacing VstScan...deleting file error code 5  (mine is in french, see  attached file)

What  and why is it ?

What can I do ?

Make sure the scanner is not running in the Windows Task Manager.

If it is, kill the process and click the middle button (retry).
