Move now time with keyboard

Okay thanks; so I guess I am looking for a different solution to move the now time back by an amount of absolute time.

Enabling Preferences > Customization > Display "Show All Times as SMPTE" makes it possible to move Now time using that format in the Go dialog (keyboard shortcut G).
