Remapping Drum Kits

I'm very new to using any kind of DAW... I use Cakewalk with the stock addons and an old Yamaha DTXplorer Kit with Tom 2 reconfigured to a Ride Cymbal. My question is how do I remap a Tom to be another sound (ie; Ride Cymbal) within Cakewalk itself?

Apparently I don't have a Cakewalk account... only a Bandlab assistant acccount. Account Creation is also disabled.

The old Cakewalk company user account database is frozen.

Should not need a Cakewalk account to view the Cakewalk by BandLab help.

The same information is available in the User Reference pdf
