scook Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 When a documented feature seems missing such as the Surround preference settings chances are a workspace is running that does not have the feature. Either create a custom workspace or set the workspace menu to None.

James Argo Posted November 30, 2020 Posted November 30, 2020 If you use workspace that does not include "Surround" (in "Show in the GUI" on workspace manager), then the surround will disappear from the Preferences. If you want the surround to appear in the Preferences, then make sure you include "surround" in your Workspace (or set it to None like Scook mentioned above).
