Can't find TTSseq.ini file

I can't seem to locate the TTSseq.ini file.

I need to change it so my keyboard local control doesn't keep changing.

Where might it be?

I searched all cakewalk folders and also just updated.

For me, its been my go-to file finder.  No need to get lost in the first place!  ?
