Pity EastWest can't see fit to discount the Play 6 upgrade.  I mean, in my estimation, it should be free for existing customers.

I agree with you Anxiousmofo about the Play 6, but I bit the bullet and brought it. You will not go back to Play 5. Play 6 makes everything load faster.

I don't own any Play libraries.  When I buy my first one, do I need to buy Play 6 to run it?

 No. Play 5 will work just fine.

@Tiger The Frog   - all EW libaries come with a copy of Play.  Most come with Play 5, but some of the newer ones (Hollywood Choirs, for example) come with Play 6.
