Recently I tried to update the email address on my Cakewalk account, but the verification email for the new address never arrived, and now I can't log in with the old or the new address. This account is a new one I made, just to post here. The account support contact page is "under construction", and has been for a while. Is there anyone from Cakewalk or BandLab who might be able to help me recover my account? Oy anyone else I should talk to about this? Many thanks. Any help very much appreciated. scook Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Do not use the support pages on the old Cakewalk web site Email service from the old web site was turned off when the company was shutdown The current support address is support@cakewalk.com
