Locked out of my Cakewalk account, no support available

Hello,

Firstly, apologies for the off topic post, but I have nowhere else to ask. Recently I tried to update the email address on my Cakewalk account, but the verification email for the new address never arrived, and now I can't log in with the old or the new address. This account is a new one I made, just to post here. The account support contact page is "under construction", and has been for a while. Is there anyone from Cakewalk or BandLab who might be able to help me recover my account? Oy anyone else I should talk to about this?
