10 Years After Cover

I always would return to this song when in the mood for noodling a lick. I think the album was 1968. Anyways I' did this from memory as far as the arrangement goes, I don't think it's even close and as I refuse to listen to the original as it might spoil all my fun.

Oh details.. It's only a 7 track song. 

1.Yamaha bass via Fender rumble/ Tone Bone DI 

2.Addictive drums heavily edited and Compressed to death. Played on my keyboards. 

3 and 4 - Vocals only have the Pro Channel Compressor and a delay and Reverb send.  

5 Guitar is my Blackstar via SM 57 

6 Then I added the DB33 (Air) organ

7  And my good old standby the Mr Tramp Wurly.   I dream of this becoming 64 bit someday. 

On the master I'm trying out and impressed by the ik media Brick wall limiter. |I'm also using their Meters and the limiter does it's job perfectly, I found out that my standby the BT Brickwall does not actually put out what it is set to do,, bummer.

Hello John, I have never heard the original either, and I want to listen to it someday because TYA sounds like a fun band.

I like this, nice guitar, I also like the details you added.

Kind of a country blues rock thing.

I was turned on to TYA by the '68 live album Undead. Remember Woodchoppers Ball in particular; absolutely great stuff.

Thanks everyone,, It's a fun guitar part. I've never played the song live but it was always part of my couch collection.
