Right....if you use Paypal/Credit then what you purchase is NOT NFR...

ONLY purchases using Gear Credits are NFR...that's why if you purchase with
Cash/Credit it leaves the Custom Shop and goes to the IK website...

That message is ONLY for purchases made with Gear Credits

Are my Custom Shop purchases transferable to other Users?

The Custom Shop purchases that are transferable include purchased AmpliTube/T-Racks Collections and individual T-Racks CS models purchased with credit card or PayPal, as they provide product serial numbers.

If you purchase T-Racks CS models using gear credits, they are not transferable to another user.

If you purchase any a-la-carte AmpliTube gear models, they are not transferable to another user.

If you purchase any SampleTank 3 or 4 libraries from the Custom Shop, they are not transferable to another user.

For more information on transferring a license, please visit here.

So I guess if you buy collections with a credit card you can transfer them but the a-la-carte stuff can't be transferred no matter what.

@Peter - IK Multimedia  with this amount of IR per speaker and all, please tell me we can choose the DATA location on HDD during install ?!

It isn't split data/main program files but as with any IK installation you can choose the main installation path so you can choose your secondary drive for that.  Then, as usual, you can specify your plugin paths after that too.  The requirements on the Specs page state 3GB just for the basic info.

So basically in programme install we choose in fact where the 3gb will be installed , and then the dll path after , right ?

nothing elsewhere (doc , appdata, ect ..)

We also posted a great "making of" video where the people who brought AmpliTube 5 to life talk about it and some great concepts around how it came to be and how some of the more nuanced features affect the sound

Thought that was a pretty great video. I'm even more excited now.  Any idea how the CPU hit will be in AT5 compared to AT4?
