Insert Audio Track (between 2 other tracks)

Is it possible and if so how, to insert an audio track anywhere in the project or does it have to be the very last track? The reason i ask is that I have a guitar track and would like to lay another one but keep it in an adjacent track for mixing purposes.

It is possible to insert a new track above the currently selected track:

1. I have a project with four audio tracks.
2. I select Track 2.
3. I right-click, and select "Insert Audio Track".
4. The new track is inserted above Track 2. Track 2 has become Track 3, with the new Track 2 just above it.

Also, move the mouse pointer to the area under the track number. Mouse pointer changes to up-down arrow. Drag and drop the track where you want it.

Also in the Console View, hold down "Alt" move the mouse just above the Input Insert - Left click and drag the track LEFT or RIGHT.
