HELP - How to snap the line to where I pause music?

Hello, I'm new to Cakewalk and I'm wondering how to make the moving line (what's it called?) snap to the part of the track I pause on instead of snapping to the beginning of the track.

How do I get the moving line to stop right where I stop the music?

On the Track view's VIEW menu, Ctrl-W is bound by default to toggle the option "On Stop, Rewind to Now Marker".

You may find that toggling this option off gives you what you're looking for.
