Is it possible that it's recording from the laptop's built-in mic by default even though I disabled it in the windows sound settings? Edited October 21, 2020 by Captain Stewpid
David Baay Posted October 21, 2020 Posted October 21, 2020 Can result from having 'Remove DC Offset' enabled in Audio > Playback and Recording preferences.
Captain Stewpid Posted October 21, 2020 Author Posted October 21, 2020 Remove DC offset was already disabled. I changed the driver mode from ASIO to WASAPI shared and now it works. Thanks anyway.
scook Posted October 21, 2020 Posted October 21, 2020 If it is related to the driver mode it could be the driver. What audio interface and driver are you using? If it is a manufacturer supplied ASIO driver check for an update.
