How to fix "12 [Internal] Internal audio buffer memory limit overflow."

I'm not sure how to fix this issue when making music.

So I make a beat and it plays but, when i add audio effects it doesn't play.

I'm not sure if i need to upgrade my Pc parts because it has been happening ever since the start of this week.

Just need some assisstance or comformation.

In addition to the project file and the step used to get the failure (plug-in names would be nice), they will likely want to know about the hardware, audio interface, OS and version of  CbB being used.
