Can't see Pedal Off Mark (CC#64=0) in Piano Roll View

I cannot see Pedal Off (CC#64=0) in Piano Roll View.

How can I make it visible on the screen?

(In Event List, I can confirm the CC#64=0 in there)

(Using SONAR X1 on Windows 10, 64bit/16GB RAM)

Will appreciate any input concerning this issue.

Have you told Sonar to show CC values? It defaulst to only showing Velocity.
In Cakewalk you click the + sign

and select CC64.
If you recorded the MIDI you should then see it.
But it is assumed to be zero, and you will see nothing until the sustain pedal is pressed (and released.)

In addition to adding the CC to the controller pane be aware the X series has a problem handling CC64 when it equals 0.

This is fixed in Cakewalk by BandLab.

Consider upgrading.
