PRV issue

Actually, I have 1 issue and 1 question.

1.  When I went into PRV to edit drums, I saw this:

 

 

How do I fix this?

2.  Question:   Every time I open a project, it scans my VST's.  How do I stop that?

I can answer the second question - check under Edit > Preferences > VST settings:

I have it set to Manual Scan.  But it still scans when I open a project.

I figured out how to fix the PRV.   In PRV go to View > Show/Hide Controller Pane.   

But the VST plugins still scan when I open a project, even though I have it set to Manual.
