Since the problem is clearly not universal, it's hard to know what to troubleshoot.

Maybe the download was corrupt?  Did you reboot your system afterward? 

As long as you can rollback (in case something goes wrong), maybe try the update again?

i dont know if the download was corrupt, i made the update twice, and i had the same result, lucky the rollback was good

Im install the update in spanish, maybe i try the english version

ok in a coupleof hours i will do it, and please help, none of the anterior updates need to no nothing
