I need a kick sound that for free, but can't find any

I'm struggle on finding just a one single Kick sound to use on Cakewalk and I can't turn WAV into the piano roll pattern so I can't use any WAV or MP3 kick sound.
If you know the way to get it or how to make it in Cakewalk, can you please tell me how.
And I want it for free.

Just add an audio track and place copies of that file wherever you want them. Use File  Import  Audio to get the 1st copy in, then copy and paste.

Or add the clip to a drum synth and trigger it with MIDI.

One of the easiest to use drum synths around is Sitala

To be more specific, when you do the Import, it will place your kick sample in a Clip. From there, you can copy the Clip and paste it. Depending on what beat(s) you want to place your kick, setting the Snap to 1/8 or 1/16 notes can help with positioning.
