PaulH Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 Hi. I used Pro Tools for a while and it had a very handy function where you could set midi to start recording when the instrument start sending. You'd just start playing and the recording would start automatically. Can this be done in Cakewalk?

Sure, this records without having to arm the track beforehand, but want I want is to arm, pause/wait and recording starts when I start playing.
