In fairness it looks like Ignite is integrated within HitFilm so I might have used it without realising. They also work in 3rd party video editors like Resolve and they appear under Open FX (stored in C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX ). Ignite is a separate product and it provides plug-in versions of some of the video fx provided by HitFilm. The plug-ins can be used in various 3rd-party video editors.
