Marvs Fabular
Talking with a fellow cakewalk user I was reminded that melodyne came free with cakewalk but I couldn't locate it- -I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program from control panel (In spite my windows account being an admin this kept happening)- -I couldn't Directly un/install it either since the check boxes were faded out For context, I originally avoided installing melodyne right away in fear for my PC's processing power but after being able to mix and master some tracks I want to look into it and try again. Unfortunately I was greeted with the following technical problems as I just mentioned. Edited August 13, 2020 by Marvs Fabular
scook
A time-limited trial version of Melodyne is included with Cakewalk. Once the trial expires, the editor no longer works but a monophonic version of audio-to-MIDI and tempo detection still function. For the program to show up as a Region FX the VST3 format must be installed. You may be able to repair the installation instead of going through re-install. Try that first. Hillmy
Looking at one of the pics, it looks like you have Melodyne 4. The one included with Cakewalk is outdated. You are better off uninstalling it and downloading the Melodyne 5 trial from the official Celemony website: https://www.celemony.com/en/trial
