Simon Pickering Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Hi I have just downloaded cakewalk and installed after trying it a few weeks ago and getting a crash when trying to hold ctrl + shift to timestretch. I'm trying this again now and it isn't doing anything now apart from extending a loop of the audio clip. I've read the manual and it is still recommending to select the smart tool, hold ctrl+shift to get the little timetretch symbol and then stretch the clip out but this isn't appearing now for me. Has this method changed or am i missing something simple? Thanks
scook Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 from https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=AudioSnap.19.html Quote Slip-stretching only works on regular audio clips, not Groove clips or REX loops.
