I disabled pop out window when adding instruments and I can´t turn it on now

Hello, I need your help. Always you insert instrument to Cakewalk´s work space another window with additional settings pop out. I click on "don´t show again" on this window and it doesn´t show anymore, but I need it now. I´ve try to find way how to enable it again, but I can´t find it.
