I'm attempting to login to My Account and I get the message that an email was sent to me, but I never received the email and it's not in my SPAM folder. How do I contact an admin to push that email along or grant access?

my guess is you made a typo when submitting your address. 

I would try again but you'll have to use a different user name to make it work. 

Because the software is free you can even create a whole new account but will need to use an alternative email.

No, it's an issue with the old Cakewalk site. I had the same problem and needed support to fix it for me. Besides the old Cakewalk software like Z3ta or Rapture Pro is not free/available.
