Wolfcub
Hello, In one track where i have 2 take lanes and audio on both lanes, i split the 2 clips and when the ends line up and i click and drag left or right to move one of the clips split location slightly so i can have a cross fade, the 2 clips lock so when i drag one it moves the other one to so i cant cross fade. I uploaded a tiny video to show what i mean How do i stop them from moving together? Clips_Trim_Trim.mp4
msmcleod
When a split is across lanes, they always move together when they line up. The way I get around this: 1. Select the whole lane 2. Nudge it to the right 3. Move the split well out of the way 4. Nudge it back to the left 5. Adjust my split in the one lane 1

tonemangler
When using the Smart Tool while working in Track Lanes it defaults to the Comp Tool. If you want to independently move and crossfade split points in Track Lanes, first select the edit tool. I do this when I want to adjust a crossfade while comping.
