Starise Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 A recent classical composition I made. Comments crits welcome! 1
markno999 Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 Starise, I like what you've done here, a few timing issues here and there but the melodic and harmonic content is really well done. Arrangement is good. The only "crit" I would have is I'm not sure the title matches the mood, i.e. while the music has some ominous qualities reminiscent of Jerry Goldsmith, it is still uplifting in many ways. Maybe more uplifting than not? Not sure, in event, I really liked the music., not so much the title. Regards 1
Lynn Wilson Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 I love the poignancy of this piece and its ethereal quality. Your versatility never ceases to amaze me! I hope to hear this when it's finished. 1

DeeringAmps Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 A little case of the Covid Blues there Star? It says a "work in progress" so I'll save my like for the final mix. I think the title fits the work... t
