Quick question about where to put my drum samples

Is there a specific folder that I need to put my drum samples in so I can use them in Cakewalk?

No.  If you have more than one disk, think about free space.

If they came with a drum VST, then make sure the VST knows where they are. You would probably do this during installation of the VST.

As mentioned above the may be placed any where.

Historically bundled audio samples not associated with a particular synth were stored in folders under C:\Cakewalk Content\Audio Library

Regardless of where the folder is on the PC, the location may be added to the Content Location menu "C" for quick access by navigating to the folder and clicking "L"
