Mánibranðr Studios
Sometimes, you just gotta take every day as it comes. Every single sunrise heralding a new beginning of what could be, the morning waves washing away the anxieties of the past, as you enjoy the moment of just being, renewed and determined. PhonoBrainer
I liked the mix, pretty controlled. Good job on the sparkly upper stuff. I liked the more ambitious chord changes starting around 1:14, great energy and movement, but then it all settles down again into more sustained chords. for me that makes it fall off a bit . . . but then again, I kept wanting some high energy drums to kick in, and that isn't your goal at all! So I think your piece is great, but it's a bit of a neutral palette perhaps, onto which the listener can project quite a bit of their own stuff. And that makes it a great ambient piece! cheers, -Tom
bjornpdx
Freya Very new age ambient if that's what it's still called. I like the undulating percussive element in the background which holds things together. I thought it could use an instrument like a flute to come forward and do a solo for a while. Nicely done!
SteveC
I liked it... it's ambient/new age-y, yet still has forward movement throughout. The way you brought subtle textures and lines in and out was effective.
Starise
New age music is so relaxing. This was no exception. Well done low key bpm reducing mix which is a good thing! I liked the way you faded the parts in and out of each other. Sounds selections were well chosen. Thumbs up!
