Hidden Symmetry
An older collab project made with mp3, 16b mixed bit rate files. Lo-fi mix quality, digital harsh but interested in the balance/ how its translating on different speakers. Instrumental symphonic/ jazz. -thanks
DeeringAmps
As always excellent stuff. (Shame on ya if you should drop a "stinker"; I kid, I kid.) The low res really isn't apparent on the Bose cans here. So would you call this a L-C-R mix? I tend to "smear" the stereo field, generally speaking. At the risk of repeating myself, your sax player has mad skills! t
Hidden Symmetry
Thanks Tom, Just an older Cake project with issues. One being the orchestra backing on this is the original stem mix & needs to be totally reworked, re-tracked but I'm not up to it. It was done using Tascam's GigaStudio many moons ago. I've got other new projects on my plate that I'm more interested in. It's a nice break to revisit old projects for a day doing quick remixes. Cheers... David Sprouse
The whole band got great chops. I've always wondered how jazz players can think in such complex rhythms and never miss a beat. Are you sax or guitar?

freddy j
I agree with the above comments. A nice refreshing number -- a bit Brubeck-ish until it gets going with that cool lead guitar. I have always admired how Jazz players can manage such complex timing on songs like this. Well done!
