New Project Window is blank

On one of my PC's when I open Cakewalk the New Project window shows the following:

When I select File | New I get the following:

However, when I open Cakewalk on my second PC the New Project window is blank:

And when I select File | New I see the following:

 

Why is it doing this on the second PC?

Could be a bad install.

Compare the File - Folder Locations in preferences between the two machines.

Thanks.  Just checked and they are the same.  I also uninstalled and re-installed Cakewalk and the same issue shows.

Was it a clean install with default values.

This is happening again!  When I click to Create a New Project the window is once again blank!  Why is this happening?

Hello! Look at both computers in C / Cakewalk Content / Cakewalk core / Project Templates. What is in one should be in the other folder. If not, copy ... you don't have to reinstall the whole program for such a small thing ...

Thanks.  That took care of the problem.  However, that doesn't answer my question as to why this keeps happening?
