Do you use any Native Instruments stuff?

Yes, but not for this piece.  I use FM8, Massive and Kontakt quite often.  I still find FM8 very useful for many different situations.  In this track, there's only samples of orchestral instruments.

I believe "orchestrally" is definitely a real word, regardless of what the dictionary says.
