Having problem with install

When i try to install Cakewalk, it says that "RegSvr32 Failed with exit code 0x3". 

I referred some article about this issue and found that it happened when it's Windows 7.

However mine is Windows 10 which is latest.

How can I deal with this problem? Thanks in advance.

Did you run Bandlab Assistant as Admin?

Yes, i'm running as Admin. I suppose something else went wrong.
