Look for it in the Tutorials section and on YouTube. Too involved for writing down. And the genre is irrelevant, the method is the same, only settings change, and you play until you like the result. "If it sounds right it is right."

That does not help me because I can not use any internal vst of cakewalk since when installing the DAW it seems to me an error when registering Dll and if I already tried the solution of visual c and another 10 more and nothing else works. Is there another way?

Make sure you are on the latest version of Cakewalk by Bandlab (2020.4 Build 179).  This comes with a Prochannel compressor called PC4K-S which supports side chaining.

If your Cakewalk cannot scan VSTs, then you have other systemic issues that need addressing.

I tried side chaining with PC4K-S a few days ago and it worked fine here with the latest CbB.

The Pro Channel version of PC4K-S is definitely available in Cakewalk by Bandlab.

PC modules are modified VST2 plug-ins and do not throw the install time dll error.

While many seem to find a solution to the DX install issue on the forum, contacting support is always an option.

So, i can't use any plugin for sidechain correct?
I tried to use wave plugins but I was unsuccessful, including the "c1-comp-sc" and it only worked with the sonar natives.
