problems with effects

hello how are people Currently I have a problem with the EQ, reverd and other effects, which is that when I enter it in a channel, the cakewalk crashes and I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it I realized that when installing it I get the name of the Dll file of this effect and it tells me that it has not been possible to register any solution Thank you
