Shawn Anderson
Wow Aleks Shagi, thsi is the second time I've run into you while searching for Pa4X and Cakewalk integration. Seems that you are the man - would love to hear the videos in English in that I can't speak the language. I understand if that is not possible, though. I attached it as a .txt file below. The link only creates an html file and I don't know how to get it into what I assume is a needed .ins format. KORG Pa4X Instrument Definition FIle for Cakewalk Sonar.txt 0 B · 0 downloads The info about attached file shows zero bytes. Instrument definition files are text files and http://www.korgpa.sk/ins/korg_pa4x_all_basic_2015v2.ins appears to be a valid instrument definition file. Use "Save as" to save the file and give it a .ins extension. Note, CbB does not use these files directly instead an instrument definition file must be imported into the master.ins in the user's directory. Here is the documentation about importing instrument definitions into the master.ins.

Shawn Anderson
korg_pa4x_all_basic_2015v2.ins Ok...I was able to get the .ins file from this site http://www.korgpa.sk/ins/korg_pa4x_all_basic_2015v2.ins, but had to use Google Chrome in order to have the option to download as a .ins extension. However, this doesn't align with the current PA4X OS -I tried it on my keyboard - though safe to have assumed in that it says 2015. Edited May 14, 2022 by Shawn Anderson Letting them know that the file is no longer compatible with the new PA4X OS.

In my experience Notepad works well for editing *.ins files.
