All Eventide PC/Mac stuff is iLok would be surprised if this is not.

No idea about an iOS version.
All Eventide's iOS apps are a separate purchase, looks like this one will debut  at $9.99.

Eventide gets the "Clever Name Award" for this one.    Not quite as good as Phase Plant, but still good.
