Linking wireless synth.

I’m fairly new to cakewalk but here goes;

I have a synthesiser on my iPhone 6 (audio synth one) it is great for making little riffs and such. I can record and export but I’m hoping to find a way to use the Ableton link feature (used to connect the synth to a pc studio via a network) to utilise sounds and record straight into a cakewalk audio or midi track. As I said I’m new to this so any help would be appreciated. ✌️

The oh so awesome @Creative Sauce produced a video that MAYBE has the answer.   He describes  a MIDI over TCP/IP app that can be used to control Cakewalk. I dunno if this would work but it might be worth a shot.
